Feng John (well known as Jon) started his catering career as an assistant chef in a five-star luxury hotel in his early 20s. After 20 years working in top Chinese and Japanese restaurants in China, he decided to bring his unique cuisine to the Lake District, where he has visited back in 2005, a paradise he could never forget.
